Master Jaya is an authorized distributor for 3nine in Malaysia. 3nine was established in 2007. The company focuses on providing cutting-edge technology to efficiently remove oil mist, smoke, and other airborne particles generated during manufacturing processes.
The GREEN LINE is the new series of oil mist eliminators from 3nine. They can handle all types of applications that use cutting fluid or straight oil in the machining process, even tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron. If you choose a GREEN LINE oil mist eliminator, you can expect to get a machine with high efficiency, low maintenance and low operating costs.
The Nova is the smallest oil mist eliminator in the GREEN LINE series and works on all machine tools with a cabin volume of up to 70 CF (2 m³).
The Nova will effectively clean the oil mist/oil smoke formed during processing on your smaller machine tools. Besides getting clean air in the workshop, the Nova will also recycle almost all of your oil or coolant for reuse.
The Nova is available in two versions – Advanced and Basic. The Nova Advanced is controlled by a frequency converter which incorporates more advanced monitoring of the HEPA-filter, pressure drops and the drive belt, as well as controls the CIP system. The Nova Basic is controlled by a built-in circuit breaker and has a pressure switch that monitors the HEPA-filter.
The oil mist eliminator Anna effectively cleans the oil mist formed during the CNC metal working process. Besides dispensing clean air into the workshop, the Anna recycles almost all of your oil/coolant separated.
The Anna is suitable for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. Even with tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron you can expect a 99.95% particle-free air.
The Anna works on all machine tools with a cabin volume of up to 212 CF (6 m³ ) and can be installed directly on top of the machine tool, on the side, on a wall/column or on a pillar stand.
The oil mist eliminator Lova effectively cleans the oil mist formed during metal processing and provides clean air into the workshop. With the Lova you recycle and reuse almost all of your oil/coolant which was a mist.
The Lova is suitable for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. Even with tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron we provide 99.95% particle-free air.
The Lova works on all machine tools with a cabin volume of up to 318 CF (9 m³ ) and can be installed directly on top of the machine tool, on the side, on a wall/column or on a pillar stand.
The oil mist eliminator Nina is specially designed for higher airflow and works on all machine tools with a cabin volume up to 424 CF (12 m³).
The Nina effectively cleans the oil mist formed during the machining process and provides clean air into the workshop, as well as recycling almost all of your oil/coolant from the mist.
The Nina is suitable for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. Even with tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron you can expect 99.95% particle free air.
The BLUE LINE is our classic series of oil mist separator. They produce airflows from 300 to 1,500 CFM and handle machine tool cabins up to 710CF with 1 unit. The disc stack separation technology enables a high degree of purification in a compact format and they are also associated with a minimum of maintenance. With over 7,000 units installed over four continents and are quite proven.
The Alma oil mist eliminator is a heavy lifter in a compact format, designed to maintain clean air in applications with substantial solid particle concentrations and airflow of up to 500m3.
Alma is designed for direct mounting on top, to the side, or on a stand near the machine tool. This not only conserves floor space and minimizes unnecessary pipework but also simplifies machine tool relocation as production requirements evolve.
With an oil mist eliminator from 3nine, you can achieve a healthier and safer working environment that enables you to concentrate on your production.
The oil mist eliminator Lina is specifically designed for enclosed machine tools, with a cabin size of 176 CF/5m³ or less.
The Lina has a capacity of 300 CFM/500 m³/h and is designed to be mounted directly on top of, the side or on a stand close to the machine tool. This saves floor space and unnecessary pipe work. It also makes it easier to move the machine tool when production requirements change.
Users with small machine tools can now afford the same constant efficiency, flexibility, minimal maintenance solution offered by other 3nine products. The Lina offers unbeatable economy and a very quick ROI.
The oil mist eliminator Clara is suitable for just about any type of machine tool with a cabin size not exceeding 353 CF (10 m³).
The Clara effectively cleans the oil mist formed during parts processing and delivers clean air into the workshop, along with recycling almost all of your oil/coolant for reuse.
Clara operates on the disc stack separation principle and requires minimal maintenance. The Clara does not clog up and lose efficiency like a filtered technology – even under extreme conditions with high solids loading, such as applications involving casing or grinding with the use of the CIP
The oil mist eliminator Emma is the largest unit in the 3nine BLUE LINE Series and was designed specifically for applications where high airflow is essential, such as very large cabins or open machine tools.
The Emma develops 1,500 CFM/2500 m³/h and works on enclosed cabins of up to 710 CF/20m³. Multiple Emma’s can be used to create a solution for flow rates needed above 1,500 CFM/2500 m³/h. Like the other BLUE LINE products, the Emma employs disc stack technology, so its maintenance requirements are minimal and efficiency is high and consistent.
The oil mist eliminator Petra is specifically designed to handle applications with a very high solid content, such as CNC grinding, polishing applications, machining of cast iron and heat treatment (quench oil) applications.
The Petra develops 600 CFM (1000 m³/h) and is suitable for all machine tools with a maximum cabin size of 353 CF (10 m³). It can easily be installed on most machine tools, which saves floor space and eliminates unnecessary pipe work and expensive pipe maintenance. This is important because these types of applications produce a great deal of the solid particles that can drop out in the pipes. It also makes it easier to move the machine tool when production requirements change.
